In Çeliktepe / Istanbul, we carried out the mechanical installation design and contracting work for a project consisting of 90 apartments, office floors, and a 6-story parking garage.

Within the scope of the Asistanbul Residence project, the mechanical systems for 90 residences, office floors, and a 6-story indoor parking area were designed and implemented by our company.

The project included integrated planning of sanitary plumbing, fire protection systems, heating and cooling systems, and ventilation solutions; implementations were completed in accordance with the work schedule.

All systems were designed and commissioned with long-lasting operational performance and ease of maintenance in mind.
